Closest gay bars to me
Sink a cocktail in one of London's finest Gay bars and pubs and you'll be drinking in more than just some watered down booze: these spots are LGBTQ+ landmarks in their own right, places where you can find group, kinship, and drag-fuelled mayhem. Beats billiards in your local.
Once upon a period, having a gay elderly time in London meant hotfooting it straight to Soho. But now, the city's queer centre of force has shifted east, with edgier spots pulling crowds to Dalston when evening falls, while some of the city's most storied LGBTQ+ venues have taken up residence in Vauxhall. So whether you're after a drag brunch, a burlesque show or just a quiet pint, here's a comprehensive list of the capital's gay and queer-friendly bars and pubs, from the legendary G-A-Y to lesbian-centric She Soho to sing-yer-heart-out special The Karaoke Hole.
RECOMMENDED: Keep the party going at London's best LGBTQ+ clubs.

Trade
Trade is located off Santa Fe, just off 6th Ave, at the edge of the art district. A well-established leather and fetish bar, Trade is highly ranked for its sprawling floor arrange and decadent events. The interior is dimly lit with ample open vacuum and some seating. My favorite place is the patio, which has a dedicated bar for events and weekends. The patio is covered and has been recently extended doubling the space. Their events range from show tunes on Wednesdays to gear nights where everybody is welcome to show off their toys. They act not have a kitchen but there is a stellar black metal pizzeria across the street and, on weekends an incredible taco truck stands ready to take your order.
#Vybe
Vybe is located on Broadway near 10th Ave. Vybe recently celebrated its 5th anniversary and in that time they have built a name for themselves. The inside is huge with a bar running the entire length of the room. The main area is littered with smaller tables and seats, this comes in handy for their weekly events and shows. Go out the back door and you’ll find a substantial upper balcony, and drop patio complete with a stage. This is my favorite
LGBTQ+ nightlife in Chicago: queer and lesbian bars, clubs, and more
Chicago’s nightlife is a lot like the city itself — inclusive, diverse, and welcoming to all. It’s also a whole lot of amusement. Our gay and woman loving woman bars have a petty bit of something for everyone, with late-night lounges, dance clubs, burlesque and performative shows, and long-standing neighborhood watering holes in almost every corner of the city. And each comes with their own one-of-a-kind history and vibe.
Check out some of the foremost gay bars and clubs to experience Chicago’s lgbtq+ nightlife scene.
Jeffery Pub
One of the city’s oldest same-sex attracted bars, Jeffery Pub is a neighborhood institution. The South Shore staple is also one of Chicago’s first black-owned gay bars, making it all the more meaningful for the spot’s many regulars. Don’t miss the live business, like karaoke nights, Silky Soul Sundays, and a lively dance floor featuring everything from pop to house music.
Big Chicks
This lively and colorful spot is part LGBTQ hangout, part art gallery. The walls are plastered with the owner’s personal collection of paintings and photos, including big names like Diane Arbus. But don’t ponder for a second that makes the pla
